The “Historische Quartett” of leading international experts reviewed my biography at a live event in Munich.
The “Historic Quartett”, comprised of the historians Ute Daniel Ute Daniel (Technical University of Braunschweig), Martin Schulze Wessel (Ludwig Maximilian University Munich), Andreas Wirsching (Institute of Contemporary History), together with a guest, reviews relevant history books.
At a live event at the Literature House Munich on 4 October, the group was joined by the Israeli anti-semitism researcher Moshe Zimmermann and Christopher Clark (Cambridge University).
They discussed critically and in-depth my biography of Matthias Erzberger, and gave a clear recommendation.
Clark, a leading historian on World War I, called the chapter on the signature of the armistice particularly worth reading.
